Software

Your first hurdle will be the FTP client. You can try to use a browser, but we strongly recommend downloading software like "FileZilla". It's free and will ensure a smooth process.

No Releases

No Release, No Problem
Just stuff your root FTP full of art.

If you don't need to attach any releases or references (such as sketches) then uploading is really straight forward. Just drop your Stock Art files into your FTP "Root".

Illustrations must be uploaded first then the .png or .jpg version after and must have the same file name. (file extension will be different) For example:

First you would drop your eps file into your ftp root "red-ant-lift.eps" then you'd add your .png or .jpg "red-ant-left.jpg"

Our system checks for new files every 15 minutes. Once it detects files in your FTP folder, it will automatically upload them directly to our examiners.

You will receive a notification email when the files have been uploaded.

Remember to add Releases if needed.

2 Ways to Attach Releases
Separate Release Per Stock Art File

Separate Release Per Stock Art File

We have a special folder labeled:
Releases - 1 for 1 - One Release for One Art File of the Same File Name
Long name right... Name your release the same as the Stock Art you want to attach it to. Add the release before you add your Stock Art. It's important to follow this order and to attach the appropriate release with the correct file.

Or
Global Release

Global Release for ALL Stock Art Files

We have a special folder labeled: "One Release for ALL Art Files" This folder only supports 1 release file at a time. All stock art files you add to the root folder will be attached with the 1 release file. Each batch runs every 15 minute. To stop the attachment of the global release, simply delete it. To attach a new global release, just replace it. Please remember this is per batch. Please wait for an FTP success email before changing the release in the Global Release Folder. Also, start your uploading with the release first!

*If you make a mistake attaching your releases to your stock art via FTP, we will reject your file so can fix the issue on your "submit to examiner page".
