Any licenses associated with the site may not be transferred, sub-licensed, given away, assigned, or resold. For example if you download stock art for your current employer, but leave that company, you may not take and reuse the stock art. The stock art belongs to the company that paid for the license. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a company whose business is creating marketing (e.g., an advertising firm) may market multiple companies with purchased stock art, but may not give, sell, transfer, or lend the stock art to their customers—in other words, the license only permits the marketing/advertising firm to produce creative materials on behalf of their client, but the client has no rights under the license. This license does not grant you the right to re-sell, share, or alter with intent to re-sell (such as using the stock art for framed prints, calendars, etc, where the artwork is the product intended for resale; however, where the stock art is used to market a product, or becomes part of the product, the license grants such use, such as on a book cover, website templates, blogs, newsletters, product packaging, etc), any stock art. A franchisor may permit a franchisee to use the stock art, but in no case shall any other affiliate, subsidiary, or other related entity or individual related to you be permitted to use the stock art.
Stock art may not be included in or made part of a company brand or logo.
Stock art may not be used for any pornographic, indecent, obscene, or unlawful purpose, to defame any person or legal entity, to violate a person's right to privacy or publicity, or to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, or service mark of any person or legal entity. Unauthorized use of the stock art constitutes copyright infringement and shall entitle Solid Stock Art, LLC, to exercise all rights and remedies under applicable copyright law, including seeking an injunction preventing further use and monetary damages against all users and beneficiaries of the use of such stock art.
You the buyer are solely responsible for the use of any stock art in combination with any other material, and you agree not to use stock art in any way involving any sensitive or controversial matters, including but not limited to sexual activity or content, crime, demoralizing subjects, same-sex subject matter, substance abuse, or any other indecent or offensive content that may offend, demoralize, or negatively portray a model or artist. Without limiting the foregoing, and by way of example: Editing or adding copy or graphics to stock art that is taken out of context that may offend, or demoralize a model’s persona. Solid Stock Art, LLC, desires to protect that model’s subjective sensibilities.
